Where relevant to a grant application we may also collect the recipient’s date of birth and other information provided in the application.

Why we collect information depends on who provided it.

Grant applicants To communicate with the applicant with respect to the application.

Member of the board of trustees To notify them of meetings and other trust activities.

Mailing lists subscribers For people who sign up to our mailing list we keep information to enable those people to receive news and information about our activities and events.

Sharing of personal information

We do not sell or give information held on individuals to outside organisations for any purpose. Your personal data may be held on computers outside the EU to enable us to provide you with information about our activities.

How long do we keep your information

We keep information on trustees until they resign.

We keep information on grant applicants and grant application recipients for three years.

We keep information on mailing list subscribers until they unsubscribe.

We review our policy every three years. This policy was last reviewed on 1st March 2018.
